Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Shipping is FREE on all UK orders and is usually recieved within 2 working days of ordering.
We will deliver products in accordance with your order. We make every effort to deliver the products within the expected timetable, however delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to products supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes).
We offer a replacement service for any faulty goods within seven days of delivery. Please fill out a contact us form before sending the item and make sure you include your details on the return package. We will issue refunds once we have received the items and tested the item.
We offer a refund on products returned to us that have not been used and bought in error. We understand sometimes it can be hard to determine if the case is the correct one for you. A full refund will be issued if the product is returned in the condition it was sent.
We will not accept any returns on items that have been misused. We can not acccept returns if the key blade has been cut. Please note we will not process any refund and may charge an admin fee if this is found to be the case
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery under Distance Selling Regulations by writing to us stating your order number. In order to process the return the items must not have been used, since this implies you have accepted the items and therefore can not return them.
If the item is on its original condition then you will be able to send it back, at your expense, since all of our orders are final.
All refunds will be made once the items have been sent back.
