The only thing wrong with my original case was that the key ring clip had broken so it was only really necessary to replace the top part (in fact only one side of this which would avoid changing any electrics except the battery, but in the end decided to changeout the full top section, as the button symbols were newer on the replacement. Transferring the circuit board is easy as long as you take care and don’t force anything. Everything fitted perfectly to the lower half of the original case without having to change the blade or glued in immobiliser capsule.
Very happy The only problem with my original case was that the key ring attachment had come loose at one end. I did not need the blade or as it turned out even the bottom half of the case really This replacement case was so close to the original I only needed to change the quarter of the case that held the key ring fixture. so only really needed to swap the battery over, however decided in the end to change the complete top half as the symbols looked fresher,so only had to change the card over which was easy and fitted the new key perfectly. The new top half clipped in faultlessly to the original original blade half of the case. Full marks I may now decide to freshen up the other spare key as it is now 17years old. It arrived the day after ordering

Great replacement key fob at a fantastic price. I’m not technical so my son changed it for me. Definitely recommend - £10 as opposed to £200 as quoted by car dealers it’s a no brainer! Extremely quick delivery.

Excellent product, as the retaining clip on my key had broken off l simply put the battery and circuit board from my old key into the new one, clipped the bottom half of my old key to the top half of New one , worked a treat!
