General Advice and Tips for Replacing your Key Case
Here are some general tips to follow whilst replacing your key case:
Always work on a clean flat area preferably with a white background and good lighting. Because car keys contain small parts it is important to be able to see any parts that may fall out.
Double check for any screws. If you are applying pressure and the key is not coming apart check for screws. Sometimes they can be hidden behind the manufacturers badge.
Be careful with any tools you are using. If you are using a tool to pry the case apart be careful not to injury yourself.
DON’T throw your old case away until you have tested that the new key works. If you try the new key and the car won’t start it means you have not transferred over the transponder immobiliser chip. Sometimes this chip is not on the main circuit board. If this is the case hold the old key close to the vehicle as well as the new one. It should now start. You will now have to carefully look for the transponder chip.

Quality replacement key case
Swift delivery, great quality of product. Watched an instructional video on YouTube, trickiest bit opening case otherwise just needed patience and I placed the old electronics in. The key worked
BRILLIANT service and product
Bought to replace the key shell on my Hyundai i40.
Thought that I may have to replace the whole key at considerable cost.
But the replacement case is brilliant, good quality and easy to refit the circuit board and chip into new casing. Very pleased with my purchase and would recommend these replacement key cases. Delivery was in the time scale promised.
Great Case
Bought to replace the key shell on my wife's Hyundai i10. Looks the same as original, but easier to open. Had a problem with opening the original, some ****** had super glued the case together. It is a bit "fiddly" to assemble, but worth it. Comes with the badge and rear sticker. All working OK. Cheaper than a OEM part and you don't have to get the key cut. Be careful you don't damage the immobiliser chip. Great product.......

All good,except...
Nice replacement case but I did have difficulty opening the old one which seemed to be stuck together with the world's strongest glue. I also had to file down the old bar to get it to fit but was expecting this as it is mentioned in the the YT videos.
